fsa software package provides Fast Statistical Alignment of protein, RNA or DNA sequences, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fsa
fsa is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fsa package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fsa *
You will get with fsa package name, version, architecture and description in a table
